Runessa GmbH
Effective as of September 2025

1. General Information

Runessa GmbH ("we", "our", "us") provides Reformer Pilates classes and related wellness services at our studio "Reform x Retreat" located at Weinbergstrasse 17, 8001 Zürich.

By accessing our website, purchasing any class, package, or membership, and/or attending our studio, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Studio Etiquette

To ensure a positive experience for all:

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted.

  • Wear grip socks for hygiene and safety.

  • Phones must be silenced during class.

  • We reserve the right to deny participation or remove anyone behaving disruptively.

3. Class Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings are made via our official online booking system.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class start to avoid being charged or losing a session.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full (session deducted).

  • Runessa GmbH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will not lose your credits.
     

4. Packages

  • Packages are prepaid, non-refundable, and valid for 3 months from date of purchase or studio opening (founding memberships).

  • Packages are personal and non-transferable.

  • We do not offer extensions except in cases of serious illness or injury (with medical documentation).
     

5. Memberships

  • Memberships are billed monthly via recurring payment.

  • Cancellation is only possible after 3 months minimum membership period.

  • To cancel, members must provide written notice (email) at least 30 days before the minimum membership period of 6 months ends.

  • Benefits vary by tier and include discounts, guest passes, and booking privileges.

  • Unused sessions do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

  • Runessa GmbH reserves the right to update membership prices and benefits with prior notice.

  • Membership prices are billed monthly as outlined.

  • Your membership fee will be charged automatically each month on your sign-up date. All other terms (cancellation, usage, etc.) apply as outlined.
     

6. Health Disclaimer

  • By participating in any class or using the studio, you confirm that you are physically fit and able to take part in Reformer Pilates.

  • You must notify the instructor before class of any injuries, conditions, or limitations.

  • Runessa GmbH is not liable for injuries sustained during class or while on premises, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.
     

7. Liability Waiver

  • Clients participate at their own risk. Runessa GmbH, its employees, contractors, or affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property resulting from attendance, unless in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings.
     

8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law.

  • We collect only the data necessary to manage bookings, memberships, payments, and communication.

  • Your data will never be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
     

9. Force Majeure

  • Runessa GmbH is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or service disruptions due to events beyond our control (e.g. government regulations, natural disasters, pandemics).
     

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
